C. elegans flow-sorting using the COPAS BIOSORT

The COPAS BIOSORT (the “worm sorter”) has become a well-known device used for sorting worms based on size, fluorescent signals such as GFP, or even to profile fluorescent signals along the body axis.

From February 11th (Monday) to 14th (Thursday) 2013, a 3.5 day practical course in the use of the COPAS BIOSORT will be held in Stockholm at the Swedish Caenorhabditis elegans Infrastructure Center (wormcenter.biosci.ki.se). The web site has also the details of the location.
Rico Bongaarts from UNION BIOMETRIA will be a key presenter. The course will also have a section on data analysis by Johan Henriksson.

The course will start on Monday, 11th February, at 13.00 and end on Thursday afternoon.
The number of participants is limited due to space restrictions.
There is no registration fee, and participants will get financial support from Nordforsk for their expenses.
